Metal Flange Safety Spray Shields are designed to prevent a catastrophe, and contain and control a leak or high pressure spray-out from a flange. Our 316 stainless steel metal flange spray shields are specifically designed to fit around a flanged connection. Featuring a 316 Stainless Steel Mesh, they are designed to safely dissipate spray to help control hazardous leaks and spray-outs.

- Lockable, adjustable, quick latch fastener for easy installation
- Stainless Steel netting absorbs and dissipates pressurized sprays by distributing it around the flange circumference
- Available for all size and ratings of flanges, including square and oval shaped flanges
- Available in widths of 2” & 2 ¾”
- Maximum operating temperature of 2000° F/1093°C
- Maximum operating pressure of 3000 PSI
- Optional safety locking pin
- Optional 3/8″ or 1/2″ Diameter stainless steel drain nipple
